Zombie Pool Service

After seeing a review on Neighborside for Zombie pool service I decided to give them a call. Jake has been great. I hadn’t had a service for a few months so there was a lot of leaves and dirt on the bottom of my pool. My pool looks great!! Jake has put my old service to shame and I had them for a few years. Oh, and my dogs are loving the treats he leaves behind for them. Highly recommend Jake at Zombie Pool Service!!!

I used Zombie Pool Service to set up our pool for this summer. Jacob did a great job getting the pool ready (emptying and refilling pool, cleaning cartridge filters). He was on time and professional. I’ll use him again when I need help.

He responded quickly to my e-mail requesting a quote to drain and acid wash our 30,000 gallon diving pool. Within 5 days of that first e-mail (when other pool companies just simply never responded), our pool is now drained, cleaned and is crystal clear blue again. We had water pouring out of some thing next to the pool pump. We called Jake to come and fix it. He gave a reasonable estimate and went right to work. Additional problems were revealed as he worked on it, requiring more effort and another part. Jake was very helpful, persistent, and timely in taking care of the problem and charged a very reasonable amount, especially considering the extra effort that was actually required. We’re pleased with his work and are now using him to clean our pool. He is competent, honest, and easy to work with.
