Rex Coleman, Household Repairs

Rex Coleman and his capable assistant Daphne recently did a group of household repairs for us. They did great work, charged a reasonable price, and exceeded our expectations. I heartily recommend them to all my neighbors. We’ll have them back soon to fix a few other things.

Rex and Daphne make quite the team, making quick work of several projects. The utility door in the garage had serious water damage, and Rex reframed and installed a new door. In addition to electrical repairs and touch up painting, not to mention drywall repair and repaint. I recently hired Rex Coleman to remove an old screen door and install a new one. Because of the age of the house and the screen door, this job wasn’t as easy as it sounds, and he did an incredible job! He went above and beyond to complete the job – not only removing the old door and disposing of it and installing the new door, but he had to make a trip to Home Depot to buy new trim for the door frame – he painted the frame – and cleaned up everything immaculately! I will definitely use him again for other jobs and highly recommend him for anything you need done around your house!

Rex replaced light fixtures in my two bathrooms this week and did a GREAT job! Removed old fixture; adapted to new fixtures; repaired/textured/painted walls. All for what we thought was a reasonable price. He communicated well and was on-time and efficient.

I had an exterior door that leaked when it rained Rex came out fixed all of the issues with the seals around the door. Replaced wood around the exterior part of the door and painted it. It looks great.

WOW! Rex Coleman just came to our home and fixed three areas where we needed new lights installed and did some drywall repairing in our garage. He is awesome! When we spoke on the phone about the problems, he suggested solutions. He also told us the lights that we needed to have ahead of time to make the job easier. He quoted us his price.
