Many thanks to Jamie, the IT Specialist, who visited with me yesterday. She was prompt, thorough, and extremely helpful. She’s very knowledgeable and patient. My printer is now functioning properly, my new router is talking to its cohorts, and I am a very happy camper! I highly recommend contacting her for your IT needs!

Just wanted to let everyone know about Jamie Sullivan, a computer specialist, who advertises on this website. She came to my house and fixed some issues with my computer and other technical issues. She worked quickly and efficiently. She is friendly and is definitely an expert in her field.

I called Jamie because my laptop simply wouldn’t turn on. Pressing the on/off button, or holding it down, did nothing. I called Jamie at a very inconvenient time for her, but she quickly called me back and suggested that I take some initial steps to see what might happen. I thought it was an odd suggestion, but I followed her advice and it worked! My laptop is working just fine now. Jamie simply gave some great advice over the phone, for which she didn’t charge me. I’ll go back to her as I have other computer issues.

I’m a snowbird. Toward the end of last season, my laptop was emitting signs of distress. I gave it the summer to recouperate but it didnt. I called Jamie, based on neighborhood referrals and she promptly came to the rescue. She did everything she could to give my aging laptop more time and so far its responded nicely. I realize its not going to last forever. Because Jamie was at my desk and listened to what my needs were, we discussed what to look for as a replacement. When I get that, I will be calling Jamie to get my files transferred and set up the way I want. What I really appreciated was the relaxed, at home atmosphere to discuss computer issues that I’ve never had the opportunity to do at a repair shop when I leave my computer behind and then end up going back and forth to find my quick links that aren’t there anymore. without you I might never have called her. We purchased a new laptop and needed help transferring data and getting us started in the right direction with our new laptop.

We called on Jamie to help with migrating our systems to newer computers. While her specialty is PC’s, she is also very knowledgeable on Apple products, which we use. She is a gem, and guarantees her work. She is patient and easy to work with.
